My Private Server Problem

I'm new at this and I am trying to open my own private server...
After I logged inside I tried to open "siel" server but after I click on it everything freezes and nothing happens.
Can any1 help me ?

Bin32 folder needs to be for 1.5.1.10.. I suggest finding the one from aion atomix and using it. That's all you'll need to fix it. Thank me if I helped. Good luck!
