Hardware id block

Hello to everyone
One Core kalonline i got Hardware id block beacuse i didn't know that he is gm and i said he should respect other player advices....
So my question is how i can sole this problem i try with Volumeid,MAC and some other programs still the same **** when i try to login if you maybe know how to please help me

messing with gm -- lamao maybe its an hardware id block who didnt only affect the mac it could be that an kind of md5 hasch was generated based on some different ids from your hardware like in windows if you chance to many components you need to re activate windows..
