I am trying to make cool down for arrow rain but it doesn't work. I used configdump and the value turn out to be 430000. I couldn't find 430000 so i search for value between 300000 and 500000, then i reduced the number to zero.. But it doesn't work. I can cd staggering blow skill but not arrow rain o O are there any different? Any suggestion??
BTW, i usually do this on my XP computer. Any way that I can do this on this window 7?
