Hey people,
I got a server and window 7 users can't run the launcher, they tried running as administrator also compatibility mode , none of them works.Any idea?

did you edit it?
if no, try to get a new launcher from the original act3 dekaron. and edit the texture with resource hacker again

are there still act3 launchers out there?

uhh try to search,,, or get it from another server
lets say; Copy all maps from another server ONLY NOT data folder
