Depends on what do you want to do with Python.
I dont like it but I think its good for "Linguistics".

I looked into that language but then I decided to roll up a blunt and smoke ^.^ Seemed easier.

Python is fun and handy to make little scripts at times, or even bigger projects (Blender, etc), but it remains a scripting language, which means it is interpreted and not compiled. (slower)
Python also has no native support to memory handling, which renders it completely useless to kal stuff, unless you want to make a clientless bot, or what so ever.

python makes a good pet too, if you're prepared to feed it mice intermittently

phyton is a good idea for beginning.. like other "script"-languages. example: php, perl, etc

but "hacks" are most written in c / c++. but like already tould, perl / phyton is good for sqli, and other auto-hhtp-request. u can create very easy your "first" useful stuff
