Your e.pk files are old things.

My decoded config.pk files are new. They were decoded after latest server maintenance (24.12.2009).

Files have a new swordcrypt table, different than for packets
I think a new AES key for files too, dont remember for sure, been fiddling too much =p

jep the xor key is not changed i think but the encrypt is changed ;p
just use the asm send part^^
