[Moderator Application] Conquer Online 2.0
Well this is my Conquer Online 2.0 Moderator Application.
MSN:
Age: 18
Experience in the game: Been playing since 2005. Have put many hours into game play & coding servers. Maxed several characters, competed and built all of them up. Gave up with the official game after several bad releases. Ever since been playing private servers. Coding server's gave me more insight to how the game worked. That was back in when I first had registered for this site. Ever since then I have been furthering my knowledge for programming. Are you mentally prepared and fitting for such a position: I'm ready to put forth my full effort of 120% to try and help out the Conquer Online Community of elitepvpers. I see much laziness in the moderation of this particular section of the forums. We need more moderators to be active and maintain the forums. Moderators should be helping posting a minimum every few days. Moderators need to get more involved and participate. Questions of elitepvpers need answering are you ready to take that call? I am Experience as a moderator: I've moderated forums for a coding community I belong to. I've had forums of my own for various projects I ran. I have great experience in Customer Service. I treat my job as if the community members are our customers here seeking help. I have plenty of free time right now that i can use to help revive this dying community to the best i can. Comments:
I'm not very good at these applications. I think its time we get some active moderators around and help clean up these forums.

These parts caught my eye, care to list some examples of particular moderators, posts, threads in which you are having problems, and if possible give reasons why you did not report these issues? I asked you for examples of this the other day and you never replied so here's your opportunity to demonstrate what you believe is a lack of moderation in that section, I login everyday, and moderate pretty much everyday, just because you don't see it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.
Before you even consider becoming a member of the team you should be reporting things that you believe require moderation and apply to become a guardian first, you also need to be contributing a significant amount to the section be that posts, releases or guides. I realise that you do a fair amount of this already so just keep it up for 6 months/1 year or more until your in a better position and definitely become a guardian in the mean time, and report constantly.

I agree with the facts that before I go and try to help out as a moderator , I need to be more active , become a guardian and such. I can accept the fact that i'm not seeing moderation but that there is moderation taking place. However I will try my best to reach my goal of becoming a moderator.

I see like full out applications here. The requirements were only a few sentences and what section your applying. If you want to know more just ask , I won't mind sharing.

No,
i think you only want to have a new subtitle,
like "guard" , "prem" or "eg trader".
why do i think that ?
it doesnt make an sense to write an application as guard,
if you want to be a mod.
(sorry for my bad shoolenglish )

Obviously because its suggested to become a guard BEFORE you become a mod. You are plain ignorant.

Why do you want to be moderator?
The Conquer section is in need of a 'do-over' and tidying up. I personally think i am the person for that job. When i firstly came here it was from another forum aka rage****, wont say the name incase of advertising issues. Which i had been there for ages, but this forum appealed to me so i thought id observe for awhile then...

I am trying to make this short due to you not getting bored ^^
I looked at andy123's post on the questions to get an idea of what to say ^^
ICQ UIN:
-= I do not use ICQ nor have I heard about it until now, but I use yahoo frequently, but I have gmail, and I only use that for special purposes, and I would be happy to give this out to a Global Moderator, Moderator or an Admin, or a high ranked member.

ICQ UIN:
-= I personally do not make use of ICQ. I have not in quite a few years. I use MSN all the time and am constantly on it, almost always reachable. Should this suffice as a replacement, I'd be more than happy to give it out to a high standing member that asks for it.
eMail:
-= I'd have no problem giving this out to an administrator or moderator that asks for it, but for obvious reasons I cannot or rather will not post it publicly here.
