I like that application. 
In fact, I think your english is really great for a non native speaker, I almost found no mistakes at all.
Though I don't really like the german translation, as it is inaccurate and contains some sentences that just sound strange. But it's not you to blame for that anyway, just wanted to mention it.
What I like even more than your application are your posts, although I was just able to get a vague idea by the few posts I read - but still, I liked the ones I read.
You also got plenty of reports which definately proofs that you're not only a genuine and helpful person but also well aware of the board rules. 
Taking these aspects into consideration, I don't see any choice but to vote for yes.
But after all, this decision is to be made by the administration, as only they can decide whether or not another mod is required in that scetion.

Well i dislike polska,because few weeks ago... there was a football match... and yeah... they ruined my lovley town,they ruined my town stadium... there was about 3000 fans... or even more... but anyway... i am going off topic i like you,and i think you should be a mod,one day i might go for mod too... i wish you best luck haze... i say YES

due to the huge amount of spam,flame wars, insults and inappropriate behaviour that can be found in parts off the silkroad section, I thought, that a new helping hand is required to calm the situation in there.
And just to say, a post/thank count shouldn't matter for such a position, sometimes i just prefer to be a silent reader. And about my reports: Most things are reported right away, and doing a re-report would just be spam for the moderators, who are snowed...

There's alot of shit going on there, people insulting, spamming etc. The moderators that is there ATM isnt active enough to clean that shit. So thats why Im doing a application, to do the section a favour to keep it clean from spammers etc.(not saying that the mods are doing a bad job)
