My name is Sheintan, I'm 34 years old, and I'd like to apply for a moderator position.
I've been around Elitepvpers since 2011. I wasn't always an active poster, but I've been visiting the forum regularly for many years. Seeing ePvP still active after all this time is honestly great, and it's the only major community I've followed for so long where I've never had the chance to contribute as a staff member. I'd like to change that.
Here's a bit about my background:
2012 - 2016: Regional Moderator on the ColdHack WolfTeam forums.
2017 - 2020: Moderator for ToirPlus, a well-known League of Legends scripting community.
2017 - 2019: German & Turkish Support on GamingOnSteroids.
2020 - 2023: I co-owned a UK-based software company with my partners. We developed automation and business management software for companies. Later, we decided to close the company after moving in a different direction.
2023 - Present: I'm currently a co-owner of a software company where we develop custom desktop software and automation solutions for businesses.
Alongside that, I'm also active as a cheat seller and private developer together with a friend, which has given me a solid understanding of both the technical side and the Black Market.
Since 2020, I've mainly focused on running my own businesses and working with customers, so I stepped away from community management for a while. Things are much more stable now, and I'd like to spend some of my free time giving something back to a community I've been part of for so many years.
My contribution to ePvP so far has mainly been supporting the platform through Sticky/Bump purchases in the VALORANT section and banner advertisements. I'd like to contribute in a more meaningful way by helping the community directly.
One of my strengths is staying calm under pressure. Over the years I've dealt with customers, support tickets, online communities, and software projects, so I'm used to handling disagreements professionally without taking things personally. I also prefer understanding the rules completely before making any decision.
I usually have around 6 to 9 hours of free time every day after work, so activity won't be an issue.
I know there may be concerns about a possible conflict of interest because of my involvement in the Black Market. That's completely understandable. For that reason, I'm not specifically asking to moderate a section where I currently have commercial interests.
If the team thinks I'd be a good fit for the League of Legends section, I'd be happy to help there, as I haven't sold, developed, or been commercially involved with League of Legends since 2020. However, I'm equally happy to moderate any section where additional help is needed. I'm a fast learner, and I'm confident I can adapt quickly.

I'd be interested in seeing an audit of your TBM feedback, as there appear to be several questionable ratings left by accounts that may have been hacked and used to artificially inflate feedback through potentially fake trades. Many of these accounts have low post counts, a single recorded trade, and have not logged in since leaving feedback.

3. At the time of writing this, I have been unable to find any backlink or mention of Elitepvpers anywhere on your website. I checked the header, footer, contact page, FAQ, partners section, refund policy, categories, product pages, terms of service, and every other available module on the site.
This has been a longstanding requirement, and it is not only something an established seller should be aware of, but especially something expected from a seller applying for a position responsible for enforcing the rules. Given that you've been selling products for over three years and have been a member for 15 years, this is a requirement you should reasonably be familiar with.

First of all, I'd like the opportunity to explain myself.

When I used the phrase "No Ban Risk", what I actually meant was "very low detection risk," not a literal guarantee that bans are impossible.
You're right that the wording is very bold, and I understand why you see it that way. The reason I used it was because, at the time, our implementation was specifically designed to minimize detection as much as possible. Even the overlay isn't based on a standard third-party overlay, and based on our experience with private users, we had not received any ban reports.
That said, I understand that the wording itself can be interpreted differently, and that's a fair point.
The title wasn't chosen with the intention of misleading anyone. It was simply a marketing phrase. The Black Market is an extremely competitive marketplace, and almost every seller uses strong marketing language to attract attention, especially when purchasing features such as sticky bumps. Looking back, I can understand why that wording may not be appropriate for someone applying for a moderator position, and I have no issue changing or removing it.

No, there was no intention to mislead anyone.
Before that edit, my moderator application already stated that while I was interested in moderating the Valorant section, I was also open to other sections if that would improve my chances. After another user mentioned that specifically requesting Valorant might not be beneficial, I simply removed the Valorant part and focused on the remaining sections.
If you had checked the edit history, I don't think you would have raised this point.

The suggestion regarding hacked accounts honestly doesn't make much sense.
If I wanted to fake feedback, it would have been far easier to create fresh accounts myself than somehow obtaining hacked ones.
The reality is that most of my customers are passive users. I often have to message them multiple times just to receive a trade request, and sometimes I even offer a free 24-hour license extension as a small incentive for leaving a review and a TBM rating.
