That person may call other people immature to make him feel better.

Well, There isn't so many peoples who actually active/helping someone like Arco or pro4neva. I guess Arco could do moderating on this forum as like other mods do. so i say yes.

Dont know you but i think 1 you are to young to be a mod and 2 your english isnt THAT great so that could become a problem in the future
Maybe you could mention all the languages you speak or understad might help you become a mod
