Well, why not? 
He seems to know the rules very well and is very active. He got good language skills and acts politely against other forum users.
I don't really have much to add to this topic but I'd throw in a YES for this application. Keep up the good work  ...

Yes ( dont think it makes any difference my vote but..)
Though i dont use this forum a lot, I've witnessed this guy's commitment. Almost always the first to report (wich is a bit annoying i confess ^^) and concerning new members/hackers he kinda answers theyre noob questions. So i guess kakkarot would make a good mod, though i think it would be a temperamental one lulz.

At the begining there were 3, then there were 4, then 2 got removed and now there are 2. 1 is active at USA time, the one on european but has lots more sections to handle and cannot be in 2moons/dekaron alot. Is the time to add the third moderator again?

Why do you want to be moderator?
