We really need a moderator for the Need for speed World section. I hope to see Berkay as a mod because he is the most active member in the nfsw section and He have the knowledge to help everyone.

I would definitely say "Yes" for Berkay being a moderator. The forum page is too out of control with spam, offensive, and forum rule breaking posts, but no one is there to help clean up the mess. Berkay is very active with getting work done with the game, keeping it alive and wanting to continue giving the part of the forum it's own section. To go through the many pages of cluttered mess is not a fun thing to do, and to have someone who can help clean it all up would definitely be something alot of us from that part of the forums would wish to see happen.

Since Berkay is the creator of the "NFSW Offline Server" as part as his project,
he may tend to abuse his moderative privileges to shutdown (aka ban) anyone with an opinion against him or his project.

Since there is already a small flamewar between Berkay, Keule and Vitaleks,
it may be a bad idea to elevate his status, damaging the integrity of this forum.

He is the Creator of an external 3rd application tool , wich is completely made for elitepvpers.com so there is nothing against the rule of epvp, otherwise all coders wouldn be able to join the epvp team (and we have lots of mods with own project)

Fancy English isn't going to get you from point A to point B faster than the rather but if that's how you want to express your thoughts, I'm much more willing to do so too. My post history is open and public, anyone who wishes to review the so-called "flame-war" can go ahead and see for themselves that no such thing has ever taken place on elitepvpers.

Following your point about the specific rule, it's merely about private projects. My project is a standalone, portable, offline server for a closed(shutdown) racing game, which is NFS: World, and the term "staff member" doesn't fit in for that specific situation. In my server, everyone is the admin.

I'd like to add though, the dark side isn't always better. The fact that you're siding with a user that is no other than Keule306 in another forum publicly, renders your thoughts on this matter meaningless and subjective. Your words are cleverly chosen to vilify me, strictly me.

However, I'm not to have the last say here. The simple fact that this thread hasn't been locked yet shows the clear appreciation that is I'm still suitable for this position. I'll now let the forum staff have a say, rather than myself.

I'm on this forum over 5 years. Berkay2578 deserves to give him a chance. It helps everyone.It is not aggressive, it is quiet and still working on your project.You can see that changed a lot for a man who helps and culture. I see in it a large positive change. Please administration to the entire board granted him that status.I am a psychologist and I see that his behavior deserves to get a chance. We need a moderator in the section NFSW and Berkay is the right man for the job. Please, this forum needs it.

- Editing or deleting Posts he haven't made, to prevent People saying something negative about him and his Releases.
- Abusing the Mod-Status, especially to pull me, or any Stuff related to me, out of this Forum in any possible Way.
- He is selfish, cant accept any Competitors and want to abuse the Status only for commercializing his Releases.
- If he has an personally Problem with somebody, he will abuse his Rights to blame this User.

It's not very recommened to grand him the Status of an Moderator.
It's better to use an more neutral Person for this Job instead of him.
This has nothing to do with a "flamewar" or any similar Act, it's only the truth and i think those Facts have to be cleared out.

I think you two, NoSpax and you, are a bit confused about my personality. Although it is true that back in the year 2013, which is almost 3 years ago by now, I seldom acted selfish and maybe a little immaturely, that is not the case for today and the last year. From then on, I have yet to see a post that I have made on this forum that denies criticism and "shoo"s the person away. I have tried to help countless of people that have failed to start my server successfully, going as far as using TeamViewer and requesting them to contact me every time a problem occurred. I developed my server with the community for the community, it's a pity that anyone would think I don't accept constructive criticism.

This last paragraph denies the facts number 1, 3, and 4, of which you used future tense as if it would be definite. Now on to the fact number 2, the forum rules explain everything in a straightforward manner and even are a little bit verbose. It's not a lie that you have decompiled and took parts of my server and then started developing on that code; I'd be OK with this if you had given proper credits. Instead, in your mind, in your crazy crazy mind, you are heavily believing that you have actually done something other than stealing other people's works and go on to release the stolen parts to get "fame". The NFS:World board knows how much of a person you are and will probably act as I did when you do release it. However, it is to be said that the only things that I can do when you release my server as yours is to publicly share information about how it is stolen code and not developed by yourself. Following that point, were I a moderator when that happened, I'd ask a GM or an Admin whether I could take action or not, only after a permission is given I'd lock your thread.

Your post history is also a great reminder of your personality. You have tried to trick the board moderator by releasing a hack that had a background "ad.fly" bot. Anyone who wishes to review this for themselves can go to his post history and find a locked thread with removed downloads from that time's board moderator.
