Moderator Application for Shaiya

I'm going to make my application for moderator in Shaiya section.

About myself
My name is Ryuk. I'm 12 years old and I'm currently studying 8th grade. My hobbies are reading books and playing soccer. I'm very active member in e*pvp and I report as much as possible. I speak only English. I've quite changed my behaviour since a few weeks, I've met different types of people while I was playing different games and I get to know how to act properly than before.

What is the reason you decided to apply?
I've been playing Shaiya for about 2 years now. Autrux (the present moderator of Shaiya) has other sections to look after and I would be glad to help him out with one of his sections, Shaiya. I'd like to support e*pvp by taking up the moderator post. Lowfyr himself has mentioned that even though the section doesn't need a new moderator, it's always a good idea to drop your application. The last but not the least, I'd like to support elitepvpers by utilizing my time, as well as helping the community, and trying to make the section clean and neat. I feel like I fit the requirements needed for moderator.

Experience with the subject:
As already mentioned above, I've been playing this MMORPG game for 2 years and I can try my best to help people. I'm no good at SQL stuff, however. I'll try my best to answer them, though.

Are you mentally prepared and fitting for such a position?
I believe I'm a very active member who reports well. I know the rules and I respect them. I can patiently help people when needed. I see myself as a quite nice person, I hear to my friends sorrows and I try to help them. I am willing to take in criticism and try my best to correct the mistakes. Even though people might ask silly questions, I will answer them. Till now, I was always making wrong decisions and end up regretting. However, I've learned that I should think twice, thrice before I do something, so I feel I have a change in myself.

Experience as a moderator
I have once between a Super Moderator, i.e, almost like a global moderator on a forum. I have quite a few experience how the moderation things work.

Activity
I am active 22/7, so there shouldn't be any problems with my activity. I visit the board often, and always check whether there are any new posts. Since of me being active, I report spam, malware and anything which abide by the rules. But, I feel that It would be better If I was able to delete these stuff myself.

Something more
I am actually more active at Browsergames than Shaiya and I have over 1.5k posts and 200~ reports there. I don't think there's a need of one more moderator there, to be honest. So, I've applied at Shaiya section to help out Autrux.

From me a no. The reason is, that the section is very small and I think, that Autrux can handle that work.

Your activity and your application are okay.

But currently, there is no need for a second moderator in the Shaya section.
If it becomes more active and you're still reporting and posting there quite alot, I'll give you a yes.

Nur weil die Sektion zu klein ist ein Nein zu geben ist völliger Unsinn..
Und nur weil du "denkst", das Autrux die Sektion sauber hält, heißt es auch nicht, das du es weißt und somit dein Nein begründen kannst..

It is really nice to see that you really know so much about that section and the assigned moderator.

First it is better to hear from the assigned moderator if there is need a second moderator instead of a user that don't know so much about it.

I say no, because I don't think you are suitable for the job as moderator.

I don't know any foreigner in this forum like you, who's that zeleaous to try to enter every (german) conversation, but I think you are a way too young to become a moderator. Furthermore I don't think you are mentally prepared for this position. I think you can remember our skype conversations some time ago.

That's really a nice stuff you wrote it, I appreciate it very much. ~Our skype conversations, yes, But I've quite changed myself a lot since then.

It depends on whether he can maintain this seriousness even if he sometimes has a bad day or being provoked here. I also think that in this age, the school is more important than Elitepvpers.

When I actually wrote 22/7, I actually meant when I have time. I go 7 hours to school, come back and take a rest for 1 hour and start doing my homeworks. School is not very annoying or so, I enjoy it and learn new things everyday.

I can control my angerness even If I had a bad day or something like that But really thank you for your opinion! I have enough sleeps and on Sundays, I go out with family. So, I just want to utilize my between free time.

Well, I understand your application to be a mod on the Shaiya Forums on EPVP, well although I feel there is no need for another moderator, I would have to say no from me. Mainly because you are 12 and some of the content on the Shaiya forums can be a bit mature for someone of your age to be witnessing. I think all around you are a nice guy and are very mature for your age, but if anyone was to be a mod (If they needed one) I would have to elect Dookie ( ) as he has been very active in the section of forums I usually am on (Shaiya Advertisement.) But this is not a mod app for him so I will stop that there.

I am sorry it comes down to age for me saying no, but people of your age have a tenancy to over react and let the "power" go to their head which makes it hard to put someone of your stature in a position to be able to pretty much delete anything you want. I find people of your age are more prone to be biased towards the situation and go towards the ones whom may be your friends even if they are wrong. Which is fine, trust me we have all been there. Maybe in a few years man. Good luck though. If you do get the position I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you for your reply. By delete anything you want, you mean like becoming angry and doing crazy stuff, deleting stuff, etc? If that's what you meant so, I will take care of it so that it will never happen. I can control myself at times. D:

Did I missed something? You was told in the past, that you should not reply for any postition in epvp again.
