For now I say NO. Why? Couse I simply don't see you in DarkOrbit section

I totally agree with you, that's why my answer is, as well, a no for now. Also, I cannot comment on you since I can't find any recent posts,you haven't posted anything for about a month.

What is the reason you decided to apply?
The section needs an active moderator. The current moderators are not active, but I'm sure they have valid reasons.
The section is spammed every day and I have enough time to moderate it. If no-one else wants to do the job, then I want to do it.
