[EO PServer Hosting] Moderator Application

First ill start by saying I know it is not written that we need mods in the EO PServer Hosting section but I feel we need one that is active there is no one around cleaning out all of the spam posted there… stopping all the arguments etc to the point that other mods have to come in. yes there is one mod there who does come and do things occasionally but not on a daily basis.

Hello everyone,
My name is Troy and I’m from New Zealand. I have made a lot of friends through Sever Development on ElitePvpers. I’m a nice, calm and patient person that’s trying to help everyone.

Why do you want to be moderator?

I feel the EO PServer Hosting section desperately needs an experienced member of the EO PServer Community to help to clean up the section. Being a moderator for such a large forum would be a great experience and I think I would fit the job perfectly.

How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?

I have been a member of the ElitePvpers community for almost 3 years. For the first few months I just read the forum and never got involved in discussions till my skills got good and have since risen up to be one of the better coders in the community. I’ve played Eudemons Online for almost 4 years on and off. I have run 7 Eudemons Private servers each getting more and more popular as they were built. I’m currently learning more and more to put into the community and plan to start recoding the whole eudemons server in C# that I will release, once I finish making sure that I don’t have anything that would hold the server back from performing a whole heap better than the current binaries. I have a very broad and in depth understand of how Eudemons works.
My English is fine and most people speak English in the EO PServer Hosting section so this would make for easy communication.
I also still play Eudemons Online on official Servers so I’m up to date with the latest game developments & run my own EO Private server.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?

I have quite a lot of free time so I visit ElitePvpers whenever I can making sure that no post in the sections I visit are left unread. I spend at least 4 hours or more everyday to check what’s new and to answer questions from our forum members.

Did you take part there before you sent your application?

Yes, I have spent a lot of time within the ElitePvpers community before writing this application.

Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think are very stupid or very badly written?

Yes, I spend a lot of time helping the people who have what I could take as a stupid question. But there are many reasons why they are badly written usually this is just that they use a translator so I explain the problem as simple as I can.

Can you act well in general with other human beings?

I get along with most people, if people are narrow minded or against my beliefs, I try my best to understand their problem so I can find a solution for them. I believe I can get along with every human being out there in some way or another.

Did you ever operated as a moderator before?

I have moderated on 4 other forum before this one and owned a few forums of my own.

I say yes. I've also seen this person around, if I'm not wrong he got into a fight here and there but overall he's a nice guy.

yes there has been the occasional one a long time ago but since then i have just simply stopped before i get into a fight i don't like to be in them...

i been alot in the EO p server only i know hio77 is always replying back ASAP if hes not busy and he helped me with Some stuffs and the EO pserver section dont have much moderators i say [YES]

not much i feel is a little bit of a understatement but thank you suboy

i want this so bad the section has sooo much spam in it that needs dealing too

thanks ... looks like the whole eo community is happy for me to be one. had people who have been around a long time and only just started this month or so posting their support

did i miss macdan doing something while on holiday or something ... im not gonna start anything over something like that anyway don't need to be fighting with anything expectantly a staff member ... thats not the sort of person i am nor the sort i want to be seen as.

lmao sorry to say but i will never turn like him ... and you like the section full of Spam... arguments .... your hardly around to deal with these were as me im on the forums when ever i can ... even if it means using my phone i still check here

its a forum so you can't avoid spam and chitchat mostly...
The only way to avoid it, is to close every thread...and then u are like 'you know him' so sorry...

maybe u should think about the report button...if noone reports there should be all ok...and there is report a month approx
