? Why do you want to be moderator?
Because i love foreign games and i want to share all the knowledge i have about the asian games. Also, to check that everyone is following the forum rules.

? How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
100%. I spend most of my time by playing games on the hangame and nexon networks. And smaller asian game networks like gpotato.jp

? Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
Yes i have.

? Do you took part there before you sent your application?
No i didn't. Because there is nothing relevant to my intrests right now.

? Do you have a lot of patience with questions wich you think thyselve that they are very stupid?
Yes i do. Stupid is who stupid does (c)

? Can you act good in general with other human beings?
I am on the good side of humanity.

? Did you ever operatet as an moderator before?
Still a rootadmin of a anime-network. And yes, i operatet as moderator many times.

I counter this. I am often on this board. But i dont post when i don't want to. There is no point for me to reply to something wich is not revelant to my intrests. I am not a fan of excessive messaging and chatting. I lurk. (Remember the zergs.)

Hello Wongy,

here a small comment to your application. I´ll structure it so it´s easier to read.

1) The application itself:
On first seight one can say that it´s way too short and doesn´t contain any details about you. As you can see on other applications here, there is the possibility to write much more about yourself. Positive is that your English is indeed really good. But that won´t change that this application is still insufficient.

2) Activity and other statistics:
After some research I get the following conclusion: You got a pretty low postcount. That means that members don´t really know if they can trust a moderator like this since you did not show what personality you have. The joindate makes it even worse. 1 post in 2 weeks is far too less for a moderator since being a moderator measn being active on the forum and what confused or rather angered me most was that you only post if you are interested. You have to look at it like on a real job (though you won´t get paid) and I guess you know that if you only do what is interesting for you, you will get fired immediately. Next is that, as you already mentioned yourself, did not make even one single post in the section you apply for. Members won´t think you are trustworthy. You should have applied with more posts there. Also the largest part of your thankscount takes place in one post in the WoW-Section that was posted more than 1 year ago.

3) Other circumstances:
Well here I just wanted to say that in my opinion you have the wrong personality for that job. You maybe have skills in coding but that is not the main-part of a moderator´s job. Oh and one more thing....your signature isn´t quite adequate.

Dear John Dread, thank you for rating my application. Unfortunately i have to counter to your reply. I want to remind, that i want apply myself as moderator and not as entertainer/dramamanager/etc and according to

i dont have to tell about any kind of private information. Well, i don't lecture anyone about what a moderator does aswell. I just wanna say, as i was a moderator in many projects, i was without personality, so i dont reply like "oh yeah thats funny". If the users need help - they will receive it. If the user "violates the law" - he will receive a yellow card. And please, do not quote me wrong. I said "what is revelant to my intrests" that doesn't mean that i will "do what is intresting to me". As i wasn't moderator on any sections, i had no intrest and no need to post there. As moderator i have a duty - to help and to moderate.

Thats almost all what i had to say about it.

well but seeing mod with 122 posts wouldn't look good to me, and not only to me.. And you could say more in your application, if you were moderator in MANY projects as you say. I don't think that those projects were big, maybe projects with 15 people? 'cause on good forums they wouldn't add you as moderator with application like this.

Well with that comment you have covered half of point 1 and half of point 3. The rest still remains as undeniable negative aspect of yours. And as an example for an inadequate personality I mention your signature. What would you think of a moderator who says :" Here! Look here! Isn´t my post great?! Now give me a thanks!!"?

You might be a very helpful person regarding foreign games but I think moderating just doesen't fit you.

There where questions - i answered them.
There where no requirements - there was nothing to miss/ignore.

And now i counter again with a list of things i noticed.

1) Bad teaming.

~trane~ is complaining about low age and doesn't even know that he has a same age moderator in his team. Intolerance and inadequate personality.
2) Complaining about my signatur.
Well take at Rammsteiner's avatar. It clearly does say "I - ***. You - nothing"
Very good for a mod. Quite inadequate i must say.

Actually, i dont wanna turn this thread into a flame war, this is why i stop here and draw a line.

Well then just take a look at all those things behind your line. You have countered almost all comments and feedback given to your application allthough you are supposed to read it and accept the bad arguments which sometimes come.

But what you are doing is just flaming and ******** around like mommy doesen't give you the cookies you actually deserve.

Moderating just isn't the right job for you, do your help and stuff as a normal user.
