You should work on your way handling criticism, which is one huge deficit imo. Try to communicate with other members more properly - then also new members may take you seriously.

im already in a couple of friend groups of skype and other chats with serious epvp members and i will try to work on criticism

What is the reason you decided to apply?
The section needs an active moderator. The current moderators are not active, but I'm sure they have valid reasons.
The section is spammed every day and I have enough time to moderate it. If no-one else wants to do the job, then I want to do it.
