Building a pc question

So, i bought a new PC with ryzen thread ripper 16 core. However, I enjoy this PC i want to build a second PC with much more core power. I am looking for a motherboard with 4 CPU slots. I plan to buy 4 - 10 core CPU's and run a 40 core PC. ( i can find parts on ebay fairly cheap) However, I need help determining how to do this. I can't seem to find a motherboard with a PCI slot for a GPU. I am down to take suggestions on the cheapest way to do this. I just need a 4 slot motherboard with 40 cores and able to run a GPU withy a PCI slot. This pc is being built for a lot of virtual machines around 20-30 virtual machines. I expect a motherboard to be around 200$ or so on ebay. However, I can not locate what i seem to need or maybe this does not even exists.

Was hier gesucht wird, ist ein serverbord. Jedoch haben solche bords selten Einen PCI -E slot. Für Virituelle maschinen ist jedoch eher rechenleistung erforderlich.
Guck mal bei supermicro oder Tyan, billig sind die jedoch nicht. Energiesparend auch nicht wirklich.
