Nope, but it's easy enough to do hearts as long as you level up significantly ahead of it.

Auto WP, POI's and Vista's for all starter hubs and Lions Arch, and starting zones. Go to wvw, do the same for all POI's, and Vista's, then go back to all "1-15" lvl zones and do WP, POI, and Vista's then start on completing hearts.
By then you should be able to unlock the first tier of your traits.

EDIT:
Is it possible that the OP add extra changes to the Map co-ords.
Also Metrica Province is missing one POI. (You have to go to the "marketplace" co-ordinates and walk NW to a little cave entrance for that POI - can that be added?)
