Yes, you only need one hero. Any Paragon will work fine.

I like using Hayda or General Morgan as a primary Paragon with a +3 Command rune in headgear.

If you do not have a Paragon then you can use a rit and it works just fine.

Please use caution over the next week or two. There are early reports that some accounts are being banned. This could possibly be the first part of a ban wave or could be an isolated incident. In the past few months most account bans are from abusing poorly written or outdated JQ bots. Today there were some bans from users of PvE only scripts. One user had multiple accounts banned and he never bots PvP and he never bots with his main, yet all his accounts were banned. They will search for your IP address and ban all your accounts from that IP.

Please be careful. Here are a few basic tips:

- Use a VPN
- Never bot with your main
- Use bots that district hop after each run
- Set your character to offline status when botting
- Avoid chatting in-game about botting. Do not even type the word in chat.
- Avoid bots with short cycle time for their script (like Peacekeeper farm from ToA)
- Avoid bots with glitchy bot behavior (like stacking up on Talkano at JQ when Zkeys max)
- Try not to bot for extended periods of time without a break, especially 12hrs+
- Avoid using bot spamming scripts in Kamadan Trade Chat
- Never post a screenshot publicly with your character name
- Never post any character information on social media or youtube etc.
- Bot heavy on the weekends and holidays and light during the work week when all devs are at work at anet spying on you (nothing but love and respect for you Bill & Stephen)
- Use bots that stay away from outposts and bot outside for long periods before returning to ID/Merch etc.
- When making trades and transfers of high value always trade something. Do not just put a large fortune in trade window and transfer to your alt without offering something in return.
(Some people even go outside and drop trades on ground)
- Keep your wealth on a different account that was registered with a different IP address (Create an account over at your friends house)

Please use common sense. Avoid getting too greedy. This is such a great week for botting but sadly, I will be offline for the week.

: i can understand ban at start of a game but now really no... the game living in pvp cuz of bots... playing game since the start (2005) and have restart the game since 5-6 months.. just playing and sometimes boting for titles cuz don't have much time now, i'm a bit "older"

, yes I agree. Very late in the games life to begin banning. There is a certain life that is brought to the game and to the economy by botters. It will be sad when that is gone.

, so far today only two friends reported losing all their accounts. I am just waiting to see if this was random incident or if soon more report being banned.

*Edit: Now 3 friends have accounts banned.

I got 5 of 10 accounts banned today. 4 only PvE bot accounts and my main account that was never ran a bot

1 account only for feathers at seitung
3 accounts ran fibre, toc, and ministerial com.

Ouch. They hit me. Just lost my main and some accounts. 4 out of 8 accounts banned. Last bots to be used where from Vaettir. I was using the 2019 Lite variation that kept me in Jaga Moraine farming the Golden Eggs and Chocolate Bunny drops for the last 2 days. I logged off and shut everything down and just checked now on main to ensure was ok. I must have been flagged for some time now.

is that the best you can do? Just ban some accounts? Why not ban all from the same IP? Clearly you see the max titles and all the hours on the accounts with the same IP. Clearly you see the insane items. Clearly you see the log history. Come take the rest! Come fight me!

I'll say this much regarding above post: If you use a vpn, which they can positively detect if it's a public provider, without hiding your hardware footprint; that's counter-productive.

If there is truth to your words then I understand that you think you are doing the right thing and that you think you are protecting the game but you are simply trying to bend the game to fit your own game play and style at the misfortune of others. You have spent time to write a malicious script to get others banned. You have assisted in getting people banned that have played the game since Day-1 or since they were a kid. You have burned there fond memories of the game and there experiences by getting them perma-banned. If you had any decency or heart, especially as a prior botter then you would have at least offered some sort of warning or suggested some sort of change. No, instead you wanted to hurt people.

Also, you are wrong thinking that your script would only report botters and get them banned. Several people that do not bot have been banned because they share the same computer and IP address and hardware footprint as the botters because they are family and close friends.

You and your friends that are attempting to prevent people from botting will change nothing. The massive botters like MMOGAMERS and other commercial botters are the ones that change the face of the game. They are the ones that cause the economy to move or degrade. Do you think banning a few accounts hurt them when they bring in $15,000 - $25,000 a month in sales? They will simply buy more accounts. It does not hurt them as they have no emotional attachment to there characters. They buy them and throw them away like trash.

By the way, show me how the economy is being destroyed? Where do you see this destruction? No, I don't want to hear it. I would rather not debate this with some mouth breather who is obviously a heartless soul and would only stand to argue there point without seeing the harm they have caused.

Good luck with your delusions to have devs (both of them) code new in-game items or to recreate the gw economy. That simply will not happen. What will happen is what has always happens. Any change that is made to the game is then responded to with new scripts and programs written by coders to counter the changes. There are entire teams and organizations of professional programmers, IT's, and scripters that love the challenge and do it as a hobby. I dont see how two Devs will ever stop a never ending tide of bot developers.

GTFO and prove u can code by posting a snippet please.... Otherwise u will fade away as a 1 post wonder... If bots bother you, you probably can't play! and if it wasn't for collectors there wouldn't be no trade no supplies or nothing... Its the only game where u can go to a town, Kamadan, ask ; and get what you need immediately... for cheap prices...

Prince your the biggest idiot... everyone here bots.. it is a bot helpers message base dumba$$ and ur kind can go to grubhub or Reddit … or smth -- … u can't code! u can post a snippet... everyone here knows what's up cept for the newbie dumbasses worried about your money in a 20 year old game... OMG....

Their adding storages not changing currency... it has worked this long... go play GW2 jacka$$ Usually places like JQ and Vaetir Farm get saturated and they decide to ban a few people now and then cause it causes slight interferences... Collecting and ectos/arms is the only thing that has kept this game alive for so long... I don't sell ecto/ or game stuff but your messing with these peoples livelihood... and that really suxs… cause I know some of these shop dudes and there good peeps who have been doing this a long time.... go back to GW wiki and GW PVX and learn some builds and join some guilds who can help you with your weaknesses cause u definitely appear to have them!.... I can stand up for myself! u can't post a snippet of code u don't have... and can't code your way out of a paper bag..... Now your a two POST troll ConGrats! and stop using numbers in your sentences - that went out with torrentz… the devs would listen to you right... you buy hundreds of accounts...
