Hello I figured I would let people in on this lil tip.. Had alot of money when I left providing the service and that same day so many people wanting a Bear pet.
Here goes.. After nerf ( just started this game so never played prior to nerf ) the Bear is supposed to do a Break charm attack that is really a retarded quick jerky animation thing on the bear the immediatley stops your charming.
Well you need another person to help you.. I dont even think a second account would work (except if you are extremely fast.. but alt tabbing would kinda defeat that idea, who knows havnt tried that)
Make sure your "Landing zone is clear" (that is the area where you will attempt to pull Mr. Bear) Have it free of monsters roamers etc...
You (the person wanting the Bear ^^ ) stand in one spot and have your friend or hired hand go fetch you a prize winning Bear. Have them get aggroe on the bear by "aggroe Range' (Not attacking it)
Now you should be a fair distance away from the bear.. Be as far back as possible so when you Click on your Charm Animal spell you ahve to run forward to cast it.. "Perfect" Once you cast your Charm animal spell the Bear will break it of course.. that is part of the plan.. You and Mr Helper have to get your timing down.. Its all about the timing
This is how timing should work.. I will break it down in two parts.. But both parts happen at the same time.. You and Your friend.
( YOU ) -Once you see Mr. Bear doing his Maul Attack ability Quickly Cast your Charm Animal Spell.
( Friend ) - Once you see Mr. Bear doing his Maul Attack ability Run away from your Friend so the bear follows you.
If done correctly Mr. Bear will be out of your range and Cant use his Interup Charm ability and Your Charm animal spell has a Very Long range..
Voila your new Bear..
*** IMPORTANT ***
Your Bear will not act like your pet for several LONG minutes.. he will wonder around and attack other things on his own.. This is NORMAL.. I was impatient and decided not to wait after a few minutes and Zoned to two cities then Came back and he was Fine.
