[Buying] [WTB] End Game GW2 Account ~ $200

I am looking for an end game GW2 account to buy. My price range will be around $200. If the account isnt worth at least $130, then it probably isnt what I am looking for.
Requirements:
1. It has to have at least 4 lvl 80 characters with at least 1 specialization
2. It has to have at least 4 ascendant sets with 2 of them being meta for raiding
3. It needs to have 2 legendary's of any kind
4. Have some LI unless you have legendary armor
5. Have at least 5k achievement points

These are just the minimums, I would prefer more and am willing to pay for it as well.
