If GW2 crashes, do NOT send the crash report to Anet, that is a sure way to get yourself banned, as it will tell them all the programs running at the time of the crash.
As for run speed, I usually go around with 40% and no one ever says anything. But seeing as Anet is paying more attention, time to lower it. While someone said 25% would be noticable (on a thief), I don't agree. You aren't pulling far from the pack with that speed.

Yeah, 25% is really not very noticeable. If you're on a Thief, they'll only notice if they look at your signets and don't see the run speed one. Even still, you could have run speed runes.
I think maybe the best way to not get reported, though, is to just be nice. If someone is in your dungeon group and they notice you are running faster than you should, if you've been nice and helpful they are unlikely to report you. If you've been a jerk to them, though, they are very likely to report you.

Completely agree with this. I've been using Midnight for over a month, in dungeons and PvE. Extra speed, some no-clip, and teleporting, but mostly just to help other people. I have a Mesmer parked at the Jumping Puzzle for Southsun where I just port people all day. Some people ask how I get back up to that stop if I get stuck at the bottom, but no one seems to make a big deal because you're doing them a favor.
Obviously there is still need for caution though, as some people are natural jerks waiting to report others for the slightest wrong.
I haven't used the auto-travel functions since the patch, but everything else seems to work fine. No warnings, no bans. I've even dungeoned with a few other's who knew exactly what I meant when I asked: "Midnight?" That made for some interesting fractals, heh.
