I Think Its A Bug

I play GrandChase North America (USA)

and im wondering .. im trying to get sieghert for an hour now and i cant get the partusay trident or w/e ...

i need 3 of it and i cant get 1

i wonder if brians hack has something to do with it.. (since i use it)

please help me out guys , I would appreciate it
