[Help][Request][Info] Zero.

Hey, everyone!
So I have a problem, if I may call it that way. I realy like zero and it seems like hes realy good with soloing dungeons and even big bosses are easy cause of his healing skill + def stance and one skill that transfers dmg done to zero to its atacker. But I dont realy understand how zero works.. ;/
So if theres anyone good with zero and could help me get better with him, then please pm or write in this topic. I can give my skype, if needed.
If you simply know what makes that dmg transfer then tell me pls beacuse I dont understand which skills to take for zero to have that.
I could use some info about his skills/skill builds or smth like that too.
