NAGC Crashing?

I recently downloaded Korean GC to test out the new stuff. But ever since then, NAGC has not been working.
Right when it goes to gameguard with the small picture of rin, my computer flashes black once, then crashes, leaving a blue screen. So then I have to shut off my computer and try again.
It's because I downloaded Korean GC right? Can you not have both of them?

i have both of them and it still works
i encountered this one but i don't clearly remember how i fixed it
but it has something to do with Internet Explorer

I use the free Avast, but I'm not sure if it blocks having 2 grand chases?
Cause my NAGC worked, but then after KGC it doesnt..

And also, my computer specs are fine like I have a lot of memory left and its a good computer..
