"Forgotten PW" System Problem

I used this System and they said "Your new PW was sent to your E-mail(...) Please check your Email" but i don't receive it.
I tried to send a Mail to but they don't reply.
It was 2 Weeks ago that i sent them a Mail.
Are there a Other Way to get my Passwort back?
I really want my Account back. Q__Q
Please help me. >;
I would gift to them 10k Cash or 10 EUR Paysafecard who help me to get my Account back.

I think you should seriously go to the NAGC main forums & discuss there instead, We moderators are not staffs not NAGC ,so we really cannot do anything to help you about.
If you approach them directly, it would be better & more accurate answers
