Well, as I did not find any place where they could help me, I decided to post my problem here.

My problem is this, when I start the game, load window opens, then closes and does not appear any more, and the Xtrap icon disappears.

Well, try using Hotspot Shield or any VPN you want when you login for the first time in this account of yours.
IP issues.
