well happened with me to tried it about 5 pm didn't work
but when i tried it at 7 pm it worked i guess it depends on your connection cuz
my connection is pretty bad..THOSE CURSED DIGITEL XD

To Fix This Problem.

Is to Restart only ur Modem(Internet Connection) Manually.

Try to Turn Off also ur Modem for 1 min.

i encountered this problem also yesterday (12/01/10)
tried to install a new GC . DL some Main.exe . And Also Anti-Malware App.
but none of those 3 is the solution xD.
