its just a pure luck but sometimes, lag connection take affect the upgrading of necklace

pero try mo mga so called tips and tricks daw sa pag upgrade use the search button
anyways there is no harm naman if try mo diba...good luck

it si better that you upgrade when there is no laggg,..... uhmmm i spend 3.5k gems to +9 my fire neck on my ELESIS,... and took 1k gems and still +6 on JIN (GOSH) ,... but on my other chars it took only less than 300 gems,... it is only pure LUCK and hope that there's no laggness ^_^
