Mga sir bat ganun stock ako sa 99% "texture\load1_ph.dds" tapos po mag error anu po gagawin ko ??

try to delete that certain file in texture folder..
then re-patch.

If you cant try what sir Jhey said, you can use the check disk utility (Its maybe because your disk has been damage)
