Error at KGC

Hi everybody.... i dont know where to put this topic so sorry if this is the wrong place D:

Got an error when KGC is loading, when it finishes loading it just disappears without any error e.e, so please help!

it also happened to me at GCPH and i think you'r using windows 8 cause u didn't get any error message.

cause:
Slow Internet Connection
Server Maintenance
Check your internet Connection
Off your antivirus
Check your firewall

What to do?
Restart Computer
Try to play the game in another day.

it happened to me a year ago with windows 7. tried many times...
my connection is very good so i dont think it is the connection. btw, cant it be region blocked?
not the firewall and the antivirus, i tried today and still nothing...
Not the patcher, the Loading part where it says ''GrandChase Is Loading...''

This is the first time i open KGC, don't i have to login with a korean IP?
