if you cant +9 your necklace.... just use a necklace graphics hack to imitate it..

I Always Level It Up Once A Day [Each Necklace]
Totally I Got 5 Necklaces That Is +9 [Each Character]
This Was My Method To Do When Leveling It Up The Necklaces...
I Just Spent Up To 700 Gems..
Elesis = Fire Necklace +9
Lire = Light Necklace +9
Arme = Ice Necklace +9
Ronan = Ice Necklace +9
Amy = Ice Necklace +9

e2 yung tips ko pinapa +8 ko muna sia tapos tapos run ako sa dungeon mga 5+ times tapos nun upgrade ko sia na +9 sia agad 
sa wind necklace namn bili lang ako marmi necklace tapos gems . .tapos upgrade ko sia kahit nababsag diretso sa ibang necklace tapos na +9 nalang sia
