Question KOM file help!

Does anyone know how to fix a character's missing face? My Amy, Jin, Sieghart, and Mari's has missing faces. What .kom file is responsible for that? Or is there other solutions to fix this issue. Thank you in advance.

Its at the one of the files inside the Model folder.
To be precise, the file is model_face.kom
