They are highly encrypted with retail client tools. To edit them you need to buy the full license, files, and tools. With the tools you will be able to edit these.
This will cost aproximately 5,000 USD, and it will be in korean. To get it fully translated is your problem, but can cost anywhere from 500USD to 6,000 USD.

In other words, they are highly encrypted, and only the few retail servers can decrypt them, and the only ones who know how to decrypt them without the tools are the core developers from GameHi. Have fun!

i certainly doubt that timebomb..

these are normal mesh n skeleton files.. its just that their extension is changed to .mesh n .skel.. you only need 2 find correct format n rename em.. then u can open em in blender/3dsmax/maya etc..

Your wrong. Developers I know have tested it. They are highly encrypted. You need the unencryption code [GameHi Devs only] or the client tool [retail servers only].

the mesh files can be imported into blender just do a search for Dekaron Mesh Importer

and a link for zone will come up lol

Ya, they wouldn't encrypt it so much because 1. they think that it's safe in the data file and 2. there are some people that enjoy cracking that kind of stuff, and they already have. So you can't say that you have to pay. There is also a thing for 3ds max to open it in
