First Thing first This is a Tut and I Hope This Helps

If You Read This You Have The Problem Right So?
all You need Is A Hack That Has Patch button or Bypass Button Like Akas You can Download Akas Hack

Then If You Downloaded It Put To Your GC chaos Directory and Use It [Duhhh]
If Your Grand chase Has A Missing File Click Patch and If Your GC is Already Patched Bypass If You want

Maybe bypass will work but in my case two days ago, i put the back-up files i have but still client says not updated. so good luck ^_^v

i have a bypasser program but GCI doesn't allow me to release coz there are also bypasser at released hacks

the only reason why you guys have 0x3 erorr, is because your internet is not connected. or not connecte well

I'm not using PLDT and my it's connected properly ^o^
What I did is I just waited. slept with the problem and it got solved ^.^ (lol)

or if you dont wanna hack, there are patcher bypassers released in the release section
