Media Patcher error

hi all i wanted to patch my media but if i want to patch i get errro code 52 anyone can help me ?

Put nothing in IP 2 and leave the Port as it is.

change port 15779 to 15778 click patch and open media patcher chagne u port to 15779 click patch.

yes i have tha same problem with this error by starting my mediapatcher =(. i cant select path for the media... and when i wanna do that this error appears !
