Welcome Grand Chasers!

As you may have noticed, most people are always posting problems like, "Why can't this work blah blah?". So I made this thread, to prevent more threads from being spawned. The purpose of the forum is to discuss ONLY, not to share problems.

You may post your problems with this format:

Details: I already resend it (more than 7 times) but still my E-mail Add haven't receive any validation... Now I can't manage my game accounts, cannot change their passwords, etc.

....i also experience that..but i manage to fix it.. i just change my email add...then viola.i recieve a validation link from the admin..

@Zero14Kiryuu- maybe you wait it until have the mylu msg . btw i already encoountered that but in the forgotten password when i use my email no message appear to my email .

the best way to solve your problem is contact the admins of level up and tell them your problem. i experience your problem to but i solve my problems once i contact the admins of level up. i hope my suggestion helps you.

I think that you email is wrong, maybe you didnt use that email, just replace your email. , if not, think which other emails you used. and then reuqest for send,

Also try checking your junk mails.

Hey I've just noticed. This thread has not been active for some time, so I wanted to help just by posting here. (I also noticed that's it's already on the second page of the active threads, which means that this thread won't be seen by the newbies) I suggest that this thread be stickied.
