[GCPH][HELP] Problem thread!

Sorry I'm was inactive. Now I'm back.
Anyways, the name part was supposed to be Name of the Problem :O

I can't open my patcher , instead an error occurs whick is - error 0x3 "patch download unavailable" the maintenance was over hours ago and I still can't open my patcher,, I tried DL'ing the manual patch but I somehow can't connect to the link. What do you think the problem? I highly doubt it's the internet connectivity since everything else is fine and my firewall is already turned off,,, is it perhaps my ISP? darn,, by the way I'm playing GCPH and I'm really DESPERATE
