When you need a particular thing which you can found at the boss you need to have atleast 1 teammate who also needs boss item but in other mission.(tested) acquired sieghart with this technique

If you already run 3 times in one dungeon room but you get nothing,exit in that room then create a new room. (tested)acquired a lot of char.

this one is "30% drop rate" only but try this,
You should be the last hit in the boss

i think its all on luck whether teh mobs are too greedy to give ya items
but doin rituals to acquire mission items are not half bad might try these ones
myself later
anyways correct me if im wrong ... but is this is the right section ?

3rd spoiler is wrong , I will give u a hint If u see the boss probably Basilisk  There will be a sign quest item.. It's look like a Scroll floating under it's name or besides his name If u didnt see one It means no quest drop item, when u see one and u didn't get anything it means, ur teammates get it

i want to add something for that...
for 4th job mission... hunting kamiki horn is the hardest... well not with a technique...
all you need is to have only one teammate... ask him to try to use his last skill on elena... then use your last skill on kamiki when she appeared... and also...
never had a damage on the boss stage...
just read the definition of the kamiki horn...
it os said there that only those who defeats kamiki flawlessly can acquire a horn...
i tested it and it works...
got the all the horns for my four characters continuously...
also for the hardest character mission the mari mission...
on any dungeon... dont be the host... i mean never... thats how i got my mari before 1 week...
it seems like being not the host has more luck than being the host... but this is not effective for job missions... only for mari... and i think also for amy...
the tips i gave are really effective... because kamiki dont have scroll beside her name!!!
