I think I know the problem.

If that is made from photoshop, save the dds files, then on dds format



select No MIP Maps, I left the others at default.

and another too bad.. my pc's ram is a heck of a problem!!

You could wait for vandeasel tut to be finish, I use a different method of cutting the image but result will be the same, but I based it on his unfinished tuturial.
