hey it works perfectly fine for me ... i tested it before i release it...
reminder: you dont need to put the hacks in the gc folder.. the only thing you need to do is browse the gc folder and press the run button.. no need to do after that...
another reminder: I think it only works in the " c directory " ....

after downloading the file and tried opening the GClauncher, a pop up came out saying, "the appilcation failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click ok to terminate"
any solutions for this?

If you have failed to initialize properly error, install .NET Framework 3.5.
Google it and download it from microsoft.

Just joking  It works great. Dotnet framework is a requirement. Thanks Noein! Those quest items have been giving me a headache for quite some time.
additional:
For the application failed to start error, I installed Visual C++ assemblies.
