need some help with macromaker

hi can anyone please post how to create a macro that would press a key like "a" every 5 minutes or so? I have a basic understanding of how to use macromaker only. I will +k to the first person's instruction that works and thanks in advance

i dont know the syntax of the macromaker, but:
what about this idea:

press a
wait&#40;5min&#41;  &#60;-- mayb you have to convert the 5minutes into seconds &#40;5 * 60 = 300 sek&#41;
loop &#40;you may write &#34;forever&#34; here&#41;

FYI if your trying to get it to press A in a game with Gameguard protection its probably blocked
