u can't hack lant, because it's serverside. if u hack the server, it can be, that your caught by the police and get to jail.

That doesn't matter as there are Global Mods who are the ones in charge of the sections without a mod.

As for the main question, it has been answered, you can't hack anything that is server-sided, as you would need to get into their system/database and do the changes from there
