If you know you're being hunted, go to the second level of a Mustafarian bunker. When the BH comes in and initiates the attack, it automatically throws both of you outside the bunker. Here's the best part... both of you are rooted!!! Until one of you is dead, both of you are rooted right on top of each other, keeping the BH from going ranged.
