Norsca "lvl-up Scroll" dupable??

Yo guys, hallo Leute

ich habe mich gewundert ob man denn den Gratis-Lvl-Up-Scroll aus Norsca denn nicht dupen kann und so fix auf lvl 40 kommt?? Gibt es da irgendeine Möglichkeit dies zu bewältigen?

i was wondering if it's possible to dupe this sweet lvl-up scroll from norsca so you could get 40 very fast! any suggestions??

Ihr bekommt ihn in Norsca indem ihr (egal mit welchem lvl) die ÖQ4 bis Punkt 2 abschließt und mit dem Typ an der Windmühle redet. Der gibt euch ne Quest und schickt euch dann nach Altdorf.
/ You get that scroll by participating in the PQ4 in Norsca. Just finish to the 2nd dot and talk to the Guy in front of the windmill. He will give you a quest and send you to Altdorf
