We had talked about this issue weeks ago (Which works with pretty much any mmorpg out there), look for that thread.
I explained it pretty **** well there, but it's impossible to anticipate the next lag/crash unless it regulary happens.
You can only dupe if you find an exploit that lets you crash the mapserver.
And unless the mapserver and the characterserver aren't on 2 different servers, it's impossible to accomplish this even if you have the DDoS power for it. Having 1000 Monsters on one position might work
