Unhappy Warframe Problem Hilfe

Hallo Leute,
Ich brauche eure Hilfe mein Freund kann sein Warframe nicht starten. Immer wenn er es starten will kommt die Meldung: Warframe kann nicht auf dieser Version von Windows ausgeführt werden. Er erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen und hat Windows 7 und einen guten pc. Habt ihr eine Idee was das ist?

hatt er alle windows updates ?
86,64 oder 32? fals 64 mal im kompabilitäts modus für 32 starten !
als admin starten (auf jeden fall)
