Need a program for Encrypting Gameguard.des ...
i can decrypt fine.. plz thx.. hurry.. need to get server back online

Imho is the gameguard.des only a sub process of gameguard which scanns for blacklisted strings in all running processes.

So u can dump the gameguard.des, but its still a process and only contains information about the detection strings nothing more.
