Need help decoding a lua script my friend used on their CE

I have been trying to decode a certain lua script by using CE's decode function to understand what it does as it would be really helpful for the little project I am working on. Unfortunately for some reason I am not able to decode it to a readable state at all. May I kindly ask for help on decoding this particular lua script?
